ACE is a FREE after-school program open to any high school student with the curiosity and drive to learn about the various career paths in the design and construction industry. Thousands of students have enjoyed the exciting projects, informative field trips and other hands-on activities that make up the unique ACE experience.
Career Exploration & Guidance
The ACE Mentor Program provides students with a unique opportunity to explore various careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. By working alongside industry professionals, students gain insights into different career paths and receive guidance on how to pursue them.
Networking opportunities
The program facilitates connections with industry professionals and peers, creating a network that can support students throughout their education and into their professional lives. This network is crucial for future job opportunities and career advancement.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The ACE Mentor Program offers scholarships to students who wish to pursue further education in architecture, engineering, or construction. These scholarships can significantly reduce the financial burden of post-secondary education.
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Preparation for Post High School
The program prepares students for post high school education and careers by providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Students leave the program with a clear vision of their career path and the steps needed to achieve their goals.

As an ACE student, you’ll join a team of other students led by a mentor who is a practicing industry professional. ACE is about immersing you in the day-to-day life of the industry through real-world building projects. Projects can range from new schools and mixed-use developments to amphitheaters and housing.
WHAT TO
EXPECT
You’ll visit professional offices, job sites and other relevant locations. You’ll discuss the same issues and perform the same tasks as professionals in the industry for a practical, hands-on view of how abstract concepts get transformed into real buildings and structures.
