ACE isn’t about merely describing specific professions, it’s about immersing students in the profession by engaging them in actual building projects.

ACE Mentors share their professional experience with high school students to help them accomplish their educational goals in high school, through college or into an apprenticeship or internship, so that they can have long, successful careers in the industry.
